Good for you being happy and getting your way with wage increases...believe me though, you are just lucky as companies have the thought in mind, "if you don't like it, theres the door". There is always another Transcriptionist out there who would be more than willing to work for what the company choses to pay them, as many are going to school to be what they obliviously think to be a high paying rewarding career, not anymore!
