You're welcome, I'm glad I'm not the only one out there who has noticed this. When I started out, I didn't even have any experience and made about $15 an hour as an IC. Obviously if we knew this was going to happen (rates going down instead of up), would we have put the time into this field that we have?

        I think that it depends on the person - as to whether there are pros or cons.
