you're probably right about that. i'd like to know who's getting .10/line at MQ? in order to get a raise at MQ did you know that you have to ask for it yourself and that you're not considered for one if you're sending over 20% to QA. I don't know about the other MTs who work for MQ, but it's not the technical stuff that i send reports to QA a lot -- it's not understanding the accents, not being able to slow down the system enough to try to figure out what they're saying, etc. there's a place in Houston called Transtech that i've heard a lot of good things about like they actually treat you like a person and they respond to your emails and phone calls in a timely fashion, so thinking about checking it out. full-time line count requirement in a 2-week pay period is 11,000 and not 12,000 like MQ, so that's a plus right there.
