yes, i've been working on it and i've pointed out several things about the program that needs to be improved upon, which I don't know how long you've been with MQ, but they're never in a hurry to do things that will help the MT -- it's always about what the client wants and not about the MT -- we are considered second no matter how many times we hear their glorifed garbage about how they care about us. All attention is geared towards the client and always be. It's clear by what they pay us. If we really meant something to them, they'd pay us decent and not the same that a convenience clerk makes with no education at all.
