Being on an account you're familiar with for a long period of time and increasing your production makes you very good money. But, when they switch to ASR it hurts you. My production was over 400/lph so ASR did not increase my productivity at all, but what it did do was decrease my pay by 30%. More and more gets added onto ASR and pretty soon that's all I have...at 30% less.
