Just FYI, the person sending out the emails has been with MQ for 2 years and before that managed an offshore group of MTs. Does that tell you anything? I have called her on the threatening 3 times now, but maybe that's the way she had to deal with the offshore transcriptionists. I've been with MQ (and before that Secrephone) for 15 years. This may be my last.
