I work locally. I know nationals work well for a lot of people, and I'm sure many of you make more money they I do, but they just aren't for me. I work for one NP and 3 doctors and I'm going to start training on EMR next week. I get 5 weeks vacation, great benefits and no holidays or weekends. As long as I follow the 48 hour TAT, they're really good about me working partially in the evenings.
