back in '91 after I finished breastfeeding my daughter. I had hardly any breast tissue left and what did remain was all on the right side! I have silicon implants. I followed the docs instructions explicitly (no underwire for 1 year) and I have had no problems with them. Of course, I didn't go for something I wasn't built for, I just wanted what I had before. I wear a 36B and I am 5'7". I had it done on a Friday and was back at work on Monday and nobody ever knew except the few friends I told. It was winter so heavier clothing essentially concealed my "sudden growth." I have no regrets.
