having a God-given large breasts is completely different than having "puff shortage" and wanting to increase your breast size. It's a psychological factor for many women. Society is also "bosom driven." Look around you. Victoria's Secrets always uses models who are well-endowed. And Hollywood actresses will often wear outfits that expose as much as legally allowed by law.

Personally, I think the woman who increased herself to size F looks gorgeous. To each their own.
