Brochure

I do my own and basically just wrote down what services I offer, my experience, prices and why they should use my service.  Did a flyer, then went to brochures and follow up postcards.   I have averaged 1 to 2 contacts per 100 to 125 brochures put out.  But look at other MT sites see what they say and get some ideas then sit down and do yours that represents you and your business.

Thanks for your advice Patti. Right after the New Year I will be out there trying to drum up some new accounts.
For the person below wanting brochure--sm

samples, check out the enclosed link. Tried one and did not see where there was a charge.  You will need to modify with your personal info.

hope this helps.

I picked up a brochure and it stated that --sm
the student version did not come with outlook 2007, which I happen to like. Guess it will be the next up version for me. sigh.
What to put in brochure for private accts-SM

I have the need to go out and find some more private accounts. The one I have is too erratic to depend on, and I fear will dry up shortly.

What information should I put in the brochure? Do I just say "experienced" or list the local places I work for and have worked for?

Bright color paper to bring attention to my services or good business quality?

Send to the office or the office manager ?

I have so many questions. Does anyone have any good suggestions, or even samples you might be willing to share with me? I have always gotten work by word of mouth. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Go for it, I am planning to send out a brochure - sm
in my area shortly. Have my business cards designed, now working on my brochure, then just going to run 25 off at a time on my printer and send them out the the docs/specialities I am proficient which happens to be quite a few. So if 1-2 docs get back to me out of 100 I should be set. Tired of making 7-8 a line depending on the account I am working. If by any miracle I get too much work I guess I will just have to hire someone to help and work for me!
what about a brochure? brochuremaker.com is really easy and looks professional sm
also, there are lots and lots of samples on the other mt board you can even print for free
Thanks. I have started a brochure/flyer but wasn't sure the best way to get it to docs. Mail or d
