This MT obviously has made her mind up to take the CMT and didn't ask for an opinion of the CMT test, so you could have kept that comment to yourself. Just because you don't think it is worth it, doesn't mean that others think the same way. People go for the CMTs for different reasons, not just the money. I obtained my CMT last year and not only received a raise, but believe I receive a lot more respect since obtaining it. I am willing to answer any questions this MT has about the CMT and will offer any help I can.
