for about 15 years, spent tons of money of CECs etc and it didnt do a bit of good. The only thing the money paid out for CMT is doing is supporting the MTs over in India! Like another poster said, good old on the job experience and lots of it, no substitution in my book. I don't need silly initials behind my name and I certainly am not going to get them and give my money to an organization that supports the off shoring of our work!
