I think getting QA scores of 100%, showing up for work everyday, and working OT when requested show my employer that I take pride in my work and that I am a professional. Oh yeah, and 25 years of experience - without a "CMT" behind my name. I do have B.A. and M.S. - does that qualify me with your "Best and brightest?"
