asked for a raise? I have been with a company for over 2 years. I am employed as an IC/SE. A lot has changed with my accounts and I am thinking I should ask for a raise, but I have no idea whether this is an acceptable practice or not as an IC/SE. Do most companies just offer raises? Or, if you want one, should you just ask? Please give me your opinions, suggestions, or experience with this issue from an IC/SE's perspective. Thank you very much.
