 Cut up the leftover roast and add some potatoes and onions (if there weren't some left over). Pour the gravy over the roast, potatoes and onions and cook over a low heat, adding a little water if necessary, until all is very tender.  Serve over toasted bread.  Toss a green salad if you must have something green.
