He's not gone

You may find Richard Bach's book "No such thing as far away" to be helpful.  My dad passed away in 1999 and each day was hard for the first two years or so, and then got a little easier every month.  It is never the same.  My dad visited me in spirit form three times -- and once actually appeared in the hall of the hospital where I worked.  I know it sounds nuts, believe what you will.  If you would like the rest of the story, E-mail me.

Remember, your genes contain half your dad's DNA -- so he is never gone...he lives on...in you...in your kids.   We are on this planet for a very very short time and live on in eternity -- so do what you can here while you are here -- and remember....you can spend eternity with him and others who are on the other side.

You have my deepest sympathy -- and remember -- it is a loss we all face. Every one of us.

Take care and may God bless.
