I did it in my 20s

Hotel housekeeping is a lot of work. We were expected to be in and out of a room with two queen beds and a bathtub in 20 minutes. Think of that, stripping two beds, remaking two beds, taking out the trash, dusting all the surfaces, vacuuming, picking up the towels and other debris, cleaning the mirror, the countertops, the toilet, the tub/shower, and wiping down the floor, plus leaving all those silly soaps and specially folded towels in just 20 mintues. Oh, yea, and when you are done with this one, you get to do that one, and then that one. All for minimum wage. Oh joy. On a positive note, after about 2 or 3 weeks you get used to it and your muscles don't hurt so bad at the end of the day and you don't fall into bed exhausted at 6 p.m.

Have you considered maybe medical front office?
