I don't get it....

So many people here say work is going overseas, but I am and have always been bombarded by work coming out the ying-yang - too much for me to handle.  I know it's not JUST me. 

I really believe there is a shortage of MTs here in the country who really know how to do a good job; i.e, they were self-taught or learned on the job or took a two-month correspondence course.  Very few of them actually went to college to LEARN this profession, and half of them don't even know how to construct a proper sentence.  Therein, I believe, lies the problem.
