Oh yes...

For years, I've had the opportunity to see the handiwork from MTs who "learned on the job" or were self-taught.  It ain't - and hasn't - been pretty.

If I were going to hire on more SCs today, I wouldn't do it unless they had an Associate Degree from a college and proof that they've taken and passed Business English.
