but I found my current job through an agent. She found a company to fit my wish list (ideal schedule, benefits, etc.), and I tested for her once, then did not have to test for any companies. I think I found her on this board, can't recall her name or company now.

Whatever you do, hang in there and hold onto your current job until you find the new one that is right for you. That way you can hold out for what you really want and keep your options open. Good luck!
