I know and when I hear people tell me hey if you stick with those hard accounts you can say you have something as far as exp goes others don't it does encourage me. Believe me I have seen the ads wanting a lot of exp. (like you said around 5 years for the really good jobs). I just get so fustrated sometimes when here I am a newbie and I am struggling for the lines on acute care and there are these veteran MTs who refuse it and I am like well if I can do it why can't they? It is funny because the MTs where I work who have a lot of years in want the easy accounts like clinc. The ones who do acute care are not all newbies but not over 5 years exp. And I'm like why is it the ones with least exp are the only ones willing to do acute care? Doesn't make sense.
