I make a big whopping .065 cpl as a newbie and my backup account is HARD. So hard to make a lot. But when I get my 2 years exp. I won't have to work on crappy accounts that are HARD. AL lot of the jobs require 2 years exp so I can't pick and choose. But hey by then I may have gotten used to the hard accounts, who knows?
