I've gone through McAffee, Norton, and ZoneAlarm and they were all CPU hogs! AVG has been the absolute best and all my tech buddies also recommend it over most anything else. And it's free! What can you complain about? There's a forum at Spywareinfo.com that lists all the best firewalls, antivirus, scanners, etc. These guys are great, they even helped my fix my pc when it became infected with a nasty trojan (while I had ZoneAlarm). I highly recommend them to help anyone out with PC problems. It may take a day or two for someone to get with you but it's free and an open forum so there's plenty of people to help you out.
