Does the company issue any kind of periodic earnings statement so that you can see where you stand with regards to taxes, insurance, etc.? How would you be able to determine whether you are being paid for all your hours/lines if there is no statement earning?

As far as how safe it is, I can't really answer that, but I would be a little leary because of the above concerns.
