years then I can't figure out why it freaks you out that there are so many ESL docs! Could it be the part of the country you live in? I am from Michigan. ESLs were the majority when I started 30 years ago. You learned how to do it and that was the way it was. Where I live now, we don't have ANY ESLs. The account I am going to work on has ESLs. This is what gets me, this profession requires you to do ESLs, OPs, all kinds of crappy reports, ITS A PART OF THE PROFESSION. The way you talk, you sound like a newbie out of school. Obviously you have not "matured" in all these years and accepted that this is the job! Those of us who have accepted it, know that it does not make a difference. We make money with or without ESLs and plenty of it!
