Nobody cares what we think or believe, or age, looks, or personal hygiene, LOL. It's can you do the job or can't you, and above all, how fast can you produce and still be reasonably accurate (if that!). And the more experience, the better, so age is considered hopefully a plus. And apparently these days, how little in slave wages you are willing to accept. That's it.
