Our OM sent us an e-mail saying that when a radiologist says 3D reconstructions then we are supposed to add a sentence saying "performed due to......" and the radiologist is NOT going to dictate that.  We are supposed to catch it.  Well, we have been getting several more E-mails saying "axial and coronal" add the same sentence.  Last week he said Sagittal reconstructions, I e-mailed my OM, who took at least an hour  to respond to say yes add that sentence if it is in the subject line.  I said well, it is in the subheading.  I am still waiting for a response.  Well today and MT sent an e-mail out saying that they did not know it but when doc says sagittal, axial and coronal we are supposed to add that sentence.

Okay, I am getting upset.  I think if they want that they could at least say normal or something.  I don't think it is supposed to be up to use to guess. It is THEIR report afterall and I thought it was THEIR responsibility to have on there what is needed.   Do I have a right to be upset?  I am wanting to talk to my OM about this or should I just let it go.  I am wanting to see what others take is on this before I do this.  Maybe this is the norm.
