that companies don't tell the clients that we have to have clear (normal speaking speed) dictations.

We do our best to follow their guidelines, but many of the dictators can't do the decent thing of speaking clearly. We all know that it makes a world of difference. When trying to wade through muddy dictating, it causes frustration and more errors of every kind.

I just don't get it.
