MDI problems - sm

As stated in my response to Jason's questionaire, communication IS the #1 problem with MDI. Along with the fact that they are trying to emulate Transcend, this is causing and WILL cause innumerable problems, because Transcend is down the tubes now in MT popularity, with MDI gaining on them. WHY aren't the MTs told when there is a new account that they MIGHT want instead of their old one? WHY hire new people for that when there isn't enough work for the MTs you have now? WHY wasn't there a general e-mail about Jason? (I found out about that on this board). I'm not unhappy with MDI, but it could be SO MUCH better with just a few new polices implemented. If you really do value the MTs that you have, consider their feelings when you hire new MTs...are you giving work to a new person when others that have been with you a while are constantly running out of work? (LIKE TRANSCEND?) You say you want to hear from us...didn't you read Jason's questionnaire answers? What was the point of all that? I'm sure you got some good answers, so do something about it. Share some of the news with us by e-mail....the team leads don't pass on anything, at least not mine, and I don't know about all those praising how "available" their team leads are....mine isn't...strickly 9-5 and no weekend/holiday contact. Nice if you can get it, but I work later than 5, and every weekend, and holidays. That gets old fast when you need help. You asked for specifics, here they are; what are you going to do about them?
