Not that I have to disclose this but

I am against offshoring and always state in my ads no overseas applicants but they go right ahead and apply anyway.

I wish everyone could see some of the resumes. Horrendous. That's why I am saying if they are making 9 cpl, I'll throw in the towel right now. At least from the resumes that I've seen, not even sure they're worth the 3-4 cpl, let alone 9!!! (I'm sure there are some good MTs overseas somewhere, but I haven't seen any coming through my stacks of resumes!!)

They do not disclose that information sm

I was not given that information. Yes, it was an online skills test with several questions where you click on the bullet next to the correct answer and then 4 wav files to transcribe.

I was told they require 90% accuracy on the tests minimum and that I did not meet that, but that they would not give me the results.

I felt I did very well on the test and I believe had 3 blanks total for the four dictations.  I honestly did my best, but it still makes me question my skills!
