Question for QA

The second transcription company I work for had this new QA assigned to one of my accounts and she was so nice. She emailed all of us giving us hints, do's and don'ts, etc. Well, this lasted for about 1 week and then all of the sudden she quit emailing us and we started to get our corrected reports from our supervisor that were sent to her from this QA woman. Bummer. All I can imagine or figure out is she was told not to converse with us on a personal basis. Haven't heard from her since. She was nice, but then the power trip starting coming into play about 2 days after she introduced herself. No punt intended, but she started acting like she was our supervisor. Just a suggestion when you discuss emailing her specifically!
