Question regarding QA

If you have a report that has quite a few blanks in it, whether it be because of ESLs (like my reason for questioning) or background noise, mumblers, etc, should I send my QA a quick email and give her a heads up about it? I've not ever really emailed her, unless there was a discrepancy, so I was wondering about this. I am certain QA is very busy as is, so I would not want to bother her if it's not necessary.
