MT: To listen to the report, type what they hear and try to make sense of garbage dictation.

QA: To listen, correct any errors, and PROVIDE FEEDBACK to MT.

If you are not providing feedback, do not expect things to get any better.

I have been working at home for at least five years now and only once was provided feedback from QA.
