Thanks for the thoughts/tips.

I understand why you might think I was a management spy. It's such a shame this business seems to be so sneaky in regard to management/MTs. I feel the company I work for does not like us to communicate with the other MTs, and I often feel my questions are side stepped or just shot down.

Whatever happened to true team work? I don't see why they don't understand they would be much further ahead if they actually listened and were open and honest.
