Everyone has got a story - there is not a family out there that does not have some kind of *story* - crosses all socioeconomic levels too......it's not just an urban blight thing - it has crossed all levels of society/cultures/religions et cetera......I don't need to tell any of you, I'm sure you are all seeing the changes from decade to decade just like the rest of us!  Sad world, indeed. 

The Amish are the most peaceful.....they keep their doors unlocked.  THIS last thing was THE STRAW BREAKING THE CAMEL'S BACK in my mind!!!  Geesh....and a milkman no less.....an area where milk is still delivered to people's doorsteps (I grew up with that happening but haven't seen THAT in decades).  Terrible world, little optimism (what with all these *politics*), very sad, indeed.
