The knots in my shoulders, under my shoulder blades and my neck are SO painful at times I can't bear to even let my hubby try to massage them. I do indeed have arm rests on my chair and now that I think about it, I never had back/shoulder pain this severe until I started using this chair.

Now you've got me thinking...It's worth a shot to have hubby take the arms off of the chair and see if that makes the difference. I don't really use the arm rests, but they might be affecting how I'm sitting and I don't even realize it.

Thanks so much for the advice...I'm on it!!!
