To DirtBgone

I have the Kenmore Progressive with Direct Drive and it is Model # 116 36932502 which is the bagless model.  CR also rated the bag model high.  But I wanted to get away from having to buy bags.  They were rated high for carpet especially, which I need as I have 2 dogs and 1 cat.   AND our backyard is not yet landscaped and the pets all go out and drag in dust.

I really liked the Oreck.  It IS very light in weight.  But I never used the attachments, too bothersome.  The Kenmore has terrific attachment suction and I only have to attach the tool and press a "tool" button and that's it.

I replaced the Oreck because it was over 10 years old and was leaking dirt and dust out of the intake.  I suppose I could have had it repaired but I figure after 10 years, I should just bury it instead.

Now, it is HARD TO BELIEVE that I would have so much to say about a VACUUM!!!!  Good grief...no wonder the poster above us is out of here!!!
