To take the job or not

Hello, I can only say that I can relate. I am 48 also and it is really tough. If it werent for the fact that my husband were in the military and I don't need benefits, I would be in big trouble. Let me ask: do you have small children at home? If you do then living out in the boonies and near a prison prob isn't a good idea. If you don't have small children and it's only you, then maybe you might try renting a hotel room for a few weeks without selling your home, and working for the prison that way. You could load your software on a laptop and still keep your remote jobs. I don't know your situation so hard to tell you. Personally, I probably would not move if I owned my own home. On the other hand, if you are alone and no little kids, then you might want to sell your house, move into a small apartment and take that job. You can still work part time at home on your laptap. Now I probably havent helped at all, but hopefully gave you a few things to think about.
