Unless you are just sitting around a lot, I would let them know it will take at least 3 times the length of the dictation to transcribe it. So as long as you can fit that in, fine. If you can't, I would tell them they will either need to take on fewer patients so you can have enough time in between or hire someone else to do MT in the office. If you are pretty busy in the office, I would say it is really crappy for them to just expect you to magically fit it in somehow.
