VPN

no padlock ... but I do have the link to connect, which I always activate before I do anything else.

I thank you a million for all of your help, but this is a job for their tech support person ... who TOLD me that the "work around" was to start Word before EXText." It seems to me that they just didn't want to spend the time getting things to work correctly in the first place.
