quit? They could always replace you. You take your vacation so even if you had loads to do upon returning I would be glad (if you like your job that much) to have a job to return to. Personally if getting a vacation I do not see where your problem is other than maybe you have the family and a life so the best advice is which is highest on the totem pole- if your family give your job up then you wont have to worry about being burned out.
