What do you do??

I have been doing acute care transcription for 15 years and I have really reached a burnout period.  I need to bring in more money, but it just seems like I have no motivation.  It's a new year and clean slate so I am resolving to bring in the "big bucks" this year...lol.  What are some of the things everyone does to challenge themselves or motivate in order to type more?  I look at some of the yearly wages you all bring in and know that I could do it, but it seems to be such a struggle.  I am a fast typist and have an extensive ShortHand program.  I just have toaster syndrome and can't seem to keep my butt planted in the chair.  Any ideas to help me start this year off right would be greatly appreciated.
