What would you do?

It's the day after a big holiday and there is very little work. What I am getting are all the long dictations by the ESLs. I am the only remote MT, all the rest are in-house. I can view MT statistics and though I have done half the number of reports, my line count is double that of the others. I am paid per report on this account, they are paid hourly.

The in-house MTs are employed by the hospital. I am employed by an outside MT company.

This is not unique to today. I have never cherry picked and as a result, my paycheck is not enough to live on. I suppose I am going to have to tell my supervisor I want off the account. What would you all do?

- Maybe if refuse to do bad dictators, they will - pay more to get someone to do them. nm
- Do you have extra time to give away? For us - time is $. If can't make money, ask off. MTSO
