i was advised ..
that speeding them up a little bit sometimes help. you can also walk away from your workstation for a few minutes, come back, and you may be able to hear them better. other than that, keep corrected reports as samples because 11 cpl is good. the rest is practice, practice, practice. good luck.

Great deals there and if the car is not all it is described to be...you don't have to buy it.
