on top of a dumpster, as long as the report is accurate.  I can stand on my head and type and no one would care as long as the report is accurate.  What are you talking about?  This profession is not respected because not many know what it actually entails including the people that own the business and managers at the on-site facilities. I can tell that on every job I've had including the current one, the supervisors and work-flow coordinators are not and were not MTs, but they were still considered superior.
