Yes, you can do that anywhere, but should you? Where is the respect for the patient's privacy? Certainly not on a computer on a beach, at a public pool or starbuck's. Yes, producing an accurate report with proper attention to detail but also in respecting the rights of that patient to not put their protected information at risk.
