There are several out there that blind transcriptionists use and several programs you can buy.  My computer has one built in to Word and my version is 2002.


My wrists were really bad after 20 years of this.  I used to wear the wrist splints only while sleeping as I couldn't type in them.  What I have found is that the larger keyboards nearly remedied the problem completely.  I use the old IBM keyboards that they call "clicky" keyboards.  They are wider and do not have the curve you see when looking at a regular keyboard from the side.  They are totally flat.  They aren't made anymore and I get mine from Ebay, I paid 20.00 for two of them.
