Yes it is the pits and yes it is hard to find people.  People are less likely to cancel their plans if they are not fairly compensated.

So what is your dream????  I guess mine is not MT.  I think I'd be happier just selling things on E-Bay or doing sales or something else.  There was so much work this week I couldn't get out the door.

So what do you tell your man?  Sorry, I can't make it on Saturday, I have to work this job where I make 1/4 of what you do.
