would quit saying they are certified MTs. You have a certificate of completion of a MT course, that is it. To become a certified MT you must have two years experience with an actual employer/IC situation, and then take the test with AHDI (formally AAMT) which costs $300+ pass or fail. IF you pass then you can call yourself a CMT, but I would not advise calling yourself one unless you have gone through this testing process which obvioulsy you cannot have done as you are a new graduate. ---as for finding a job, all you can do is apply everywhere and anywhere, also make cold calls to local companies, that is how I landed one of my first jobs, got hired over the phone on a probationary basis of 3 months, which eventually turned into several years. Good luck.

Anyone hiring new graduates
Does anyone have an idea of who is hiring?  I am a new graduate and cannot find any work.  I am just trying to get some leads.  I don't mind working evenings or weekends.  I am getting really desperate!!!
Probably have to get hired by the nationals that hire new graduates
