It is ridiculous the way crappy dictators get away with it now. There is no sense in it!

I always think the liasons should mumble (and all the other weird issues that make the dicators understandable) when they are in the middle of a conversation with whoever they deal with for the account. Let them see how difficult it is to accomplish anything when trying to deal with someone you can't understand!

I suppose the MTSOs feel the same as we do now ... take what you get or they will replace you.

Refusal to do certain doctors... - SCMT
- On my acct are 2 drs. that all know are horrible. - We are told SM
